  (Just arrive between 9-10:00 PM to enjoy these Beat the Clock specials.)

  Single ladies have never had to make a donation.

  • COUPLES: Wednesday and Friday nights- $20 donation Saturday night-$25 donation (Before 10 at the door)
  • SINGLE MALES: Wednesday night-$30. Friday night- $30, Saturday night-$40 (Before 10 at the door)
  •  SINGLE LADIES: No donation ever!! Not only that, but we'll even give you $10 for gas if you arrive in your own vehicle, before 10pm and stay until at least midnight.(This does not apply to single ladies coming with couples.)

  If you cannot arrive before 10:00P.M., see below for regular donations.

  These are recommended donations and we ask you please call to let us know the first time you wish to come to visit.

   

  REGULAR DONATIONS WITHOUT THE BEAT THE CLOCK SPECIAL ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  The last new COUPLE donated  $35 for Wed. Fri.or Sat. night arriving after 10:00.
  The last new SINGLE MALE donated $50 for each night that he wished to attend if arriving after 10:00.
  Single females have never donated.

  IN OTHER WORDS, TRY TO ARRIVE BEFORE 10:00 WHEN POSSIBLE!!

  We ask that you arrive between 9-11 pm or call if you're going to be a little late.
  

  All parties start at 9pm.
  Wed. night parties go until 2 am.
  Friday and Saturday night parties go until 3am or later!!!
  If you plan on arriving AFTER 11pm, Please call and let us know.
  Our parties are just that....PARTIES!!
  We are not a club or commercial business
  This is a private home on 9 acres with a pool, jacuzzi., dance area What is the dress?
  Dress is clean, neat, casual for all.
  No cut off shorts/shirts or baseball caps please!
  You are dressing to meet new people not going to a frat party~~
  slacks, nice jeans, nice shorts are fine.
  Ladies, pretty much anything!!
  You may dress down as much as you wish here.
  What should we bring to the party?
  A good party attitude is #1
  Bring whatever you choose to drink.  We don't handle any alcohol, so you must bring
  your own.  Soda is provided.
  There are no  stores within miles of here that sell much of anything.
  

   We only have a few rules.
  These parties are NO PRESSURE events.
  Nothing is expected other than common sense and respect.
   #1 RULE: NO means NO  (This is for everyone....you may do as much as you want or nothing
  at all.)
  #2 RULE:No touching anyone without permission EVER!!!
  

   

  What type of people attend these parties?
  All shapes, sizes, race, ages.
  The  ages are early 20s, on up!
  Avg. age is different from party to party but 30s is a good avg.
  Because couples and single females don't need to call for reservations...we never
  know how many will show and what ages they will be.
  Every party is different and exciting!!!
  (You must be at least a mature 21 to enter and if you are lucky enough to look
  young, under 25...have Drivers Lic. for ID.)
  
  We do NOT limit couples and single females so they don't need a reservation.
  We do limit the single males to 7 per party and they must make a reservation, with first name only, to
  attend.
  Best times to call are from 9am until 11pm nightly.
  Whoever answers the phone will be able to answer your questions.

  Where are we located?
  Near the New Smyrna Speedway just 20 minutes south west of Daytona Beach near
  Jax, Orlando and all of north and central Fl.
  There are many motels, Hotels and B&Bs in the area.
  Check the web or phone book for something you may like.
  We don't recommend any but the closest motel is the Howard Johnsons at I-4 and SR
  44.
  They are the Howard Johnsons of Deland.
  Please call them for rates and info.
  

  Directions
  (Please print these directions and the phone # to bring with you.)
  From Interstate 4, Tampa, Orlando and central FL, go east on I-4 towards the Deland
  New Smyrna exit # 118 then EAST on SR 44 for 10 miles to the intersection of SR 44
  and SR 415.
  
  From the North or South on Interstate 95
  Take 95 to exit # 249-B  this is SR 44 then WEST for 5 miles.to the intersection of SR 44
  and SR 415.
  We are less than 10 minutes from that intersection.
  You can call us once you arrive at that intersection and we will be happy to guide you in.

  Please do not call from the intersection of 44 and 415 until 9 pm and before 11 pm the day of the party you wish to attend.
  If you are going to be arriving after 11pm, you must call ahead and let us know.
  
  If you have any questions or you are a single male and wish to make a reservation,
  please call us anytime from 9am till 10 pm.
  We are not into pic play, cyber, phone, these are real people and parties.
